How Walmart Leapfrogs Amazon - With Technology

Optimized I/O management eliminates the need for data centers - without data centers, Amazon is toast.

All current computing is based on 1980s models of I/O - intensive compute.

New tech stacks are available - as Gartner predicted - eliminating the need for massive data centers. New tech stacks, operating at quantum speed - on current hardware - mean no data center is necessary.

When you operate 1,000 times faster than any current tech, you need only 1/1000th the hardware - thus no data center.

Walmart has the chance to overtake Amazon - not by building bigger data centers, but by eliminating the need for them.

When you eliminate data centers - Amazon is nothing more than a catalogue. Most of their operating profit comes from AWS, and as Fractal shows AWS is a dinosaur, Amazon is toast.

The U.S. government has the opportunity to deploy MOSAIC - drone swarm warfare, because Fractal edge computing is available on any device - without a mini-data center on every corner.

Rackspace has the opportunity to break out of its low margin hosting business, converting its conventional assets into high margin A.I. services running a thousand times faster than cloud companies - with impressive margins.

JPMorgan/Chase can build the largest A.I. LLMs, with no need for a data center, processing them on Fractals, fully distributed - 1,000 times faster.

Apple Computer can deliver the world’s largest super computer by putting Fractals on watches, Macs, tablets in one of its corporate customers’ sites - delivering a virtual data center - using NO additional energy - instantly.

Join us here on Substack as we show how Fractal’s I/O optimized tech stack, developed for the U.S. Intelligence Services, is changing the data center equation.
